Each of the following courses provides a series of lessons built around a common theme. Their purpose is to help people grow in their knowledge of, relationship in, and service with the Lord Jesus Christ.

The courses are organized into four levels:

• Fundamental: Basic level courses that help people cultivate their new life in Christ.
• Foundational: Intermediate level courses that help people grow in their walk and service with Christ.
• Formational: Advanced level courses for ministry preparation.
• Functional: Training for speaking and serving ministries

Course formats are also recommended:

• Self Study: A course that can be adequately studied without an instructor.
• Peer Group: A course that can be adequately studied with one or two study partners without an instructor.

For either of the above formats, a tutor may be helpful.
Not to teach the course, but to answer questions,
to encourage, and to motivate;
not on a schedule, but to help as needed.

• Personal Discipleship: One to three compatible students guided by a mentor.
• Small Group: Discussion-based lessons for a study group, usually with 12 or less participantes, led by a discussion leader, teacher, or trainer.
• Classroom: Presentation-based lessons for a study group of any reasonable size, led by a discussion leader, teacher, or trainer. (See HERE for types of instructors.)

Notes:

• Studying with people of kindred spirit accelerates your growth in Jesus. Even if you are doing a Self-Study course, find and work with a “study buddy” to go through the course with you.
