The book Launching Multipliers teaches followers of Jesus how to fulfill the Great Commission using the pattern established in 2 Timothy 2:2, which reads, “You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.” (NLT)
Through Christ-centered instruction and practical training, individuals will be prepared for effective personal ministry and spiritual reproduction.
What you’ll need:
- A Bible
- The Book: Launching Multipliers [PDF] [Logos]
- The Logos format requires the Logos Bible Software app, which is available for free HERE, including web, desktop/laptop, and mobile versions for Windows, Android, and Apple devices. (Includes many good study tools and resources for free. Additional tools and other resources are available for purchase or subscription.)
- Internet access to the study guides
- Although Launching Multipliers can be studied on your own, consider the following suggestions:
- RECOMMENDED: A discipleship mentor familiar with Launching Multipliers and practices personal discipleship.
- OPTIONAL: Form a cohort (study group) with one or two other followers of Jesus who join you in studying Launching Multipliers.
- 2-4 hours each week to study Launching Multipliers.
- 60-90 minutes to huddle (meet) with your mentor and/or cohort, once every week or every two weeks.
- A notebook to record observations and questions from your studies, and insights gleaned from your huddles.
Assignments
Before the first introductory huddle:
- Read and agree to the course description above.

- Learn more about Personal Discipleship HERE.
For each lesson:
- Take notes on what you learn and questions you have.
- Complete the lessons in their numerical order: LM-00a, LM-00b, LM-01, LM-02, LM-03, …
- Follow the instructions in the study guides
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your mentor.
- Be ready to summarize in your notebook and at your huddles what the lesson taught, how it affected you, and how you will respond to what you learned.
- Be ready to ask questions and discuss details of each assignment during your huddles.

After the Course
Now the real work begins – discipling others the way you learned and experienced yourself through this course. The time you spent working through this course needs to be used from now on to help others learn and do the same as you (2 Timothy 2:2).
