Workings is the combination of gifts and roles – how a gift operates within a particular role in different ministries.  The myriad of ways gifts and roles can work is beyond the scope of this Personal Discipleship plan, but there are some guidelines that can help the disciple discern their ministry path. Here are a few things to consider:

• Review the Personal Discipleship web pages, thinking and praying about how the Holy Spirit might want to manifest Himself through you.
• How would you describe your ideal ministry? 
• Do you think it would be a speaking ministry or a serving ministry?
• What would you be interested in doing?
• What ministry experiences have you had or observed that might help you decide?
• What have other people said about your ministry interests or skills?
• What do you think you need to do to prepare for and move toward such a ministry?
• How has God moved your heart and guided your walk through prayer and Bible study?
